Education New Style. TVET is doing it right this whole time?
Sebelum ini hilang dari otak, elok aku tulis disini walaupun most probably this gonna be another messy brain dump.
Aku melihat trrend atau style menarik yang dibuat oleh budak yang kerja kilang. Their timeline goes like this;
- tak tahu nak kerja apa lepas habis belajar
- bidang yang dipelajari dah tak relevan bila habis belajar
- hutang PTPTN
That's why I think the technical kids already figure this out already. Truly now is "C student" time to shine and control the world. ( C student here refer to Kiyosaki definition, I'm not talking about their education grade to downgrade anyone ok)
Besides, I still its crazy that we put on them the responsibility to choose a course that will determined their whole life job & career. That's crazy when they dont even get the chance to try anything, let alone a lot of thing before making decision.
So, this my thought.
- Get the basic education
- As early as you can, enter the work space.
- Put your head down and work for few years. Learn what you do best and what you enjoy doing that also makes money.
- Go & learn that spesific skill while still working on the job.
- Then do the job, make the money, enjoy working & living.
- When you feel bored, learn new thing at the basic level.
Then, continue the cycle again.
And we dont even start talking about the possibility that home-schooling gonna be a thing in the next 10 years and Malaysia aint ready for this.
